Refund Policy for Cardea Healthcare Solutions
At Cardea Healthcare Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality training programs to our students. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is required. Below is our refund policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
A full refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of enrollment and before the course has started. The refunded amount will be credited to original payment method with 7-14 business days. If the cancellation request is made after the course has started, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of course completion.The partial refund will be credited within 7-14 business days to same original payment method.No refunds will be issued after 50% of the course has been completed.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees, administrative charges, and study materials are non-refundable.Discounts or promotional offers applied at the time of enrollment will not be refunded.
3. Cancellation Process
To request a refund, the student must submit a written request via email to [info@cardeahealthcare.in] with the reason for cancellation.4. Course Rescheduling Option
Instead of a refund, students may opt to reschedule their enrollment to a later batch without extra charges.5. Special Circumstances
